At Spencer we work hard every day to provide our customers with competent service at a fair price.  We install, service and maintain all makes and models of residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment.  We also apply our expertise to solving whole house problems such as uneven temperatures, uncomfortable humidity levels and high utility bills.

We aim to give each customer the level of service we would want to have for our own homes.  We think that we are uniquely positioned to do this.  We have the advantages of our larger competitors—courteous and professional customer service representatives, knowledgeable and well supported servicemen, and a state of the art warehouse and training facility.  We are also small enough to make your needs our priority—we never lose sight of the customer! 

Since we opened our doors thirty years ago many homeowners have found a "home" with us.  This is true of our service staff.  Our average serviceman has been with us over ten years and not a few over fifteen years.  To say the least we offer a time tested experience!
