Residential Preventive Maintenance Agreements
A preventive maintenance agreement provides scheduled service to maintain the efficient performance and proper functioning of your heating and cooling systems.
An agreement can include the inspection of system accessories such as humidifiers, condensate pumps and high efficiency air filters.
The yearly cost for one system is $154 (not including accessories). Each additional system is $77.

The maintenance program includes:
1) Spring/Summer air condition tune-up
2) Fall/Winter heating tune-up
3) 10% discount on repairs (does not apply to replacement)
4) Priority scheduling
5) Priority emergency service
The purpose of having a maintenance agreement:

The procedures followed on a maintenance check can encompass:
- Replace standard filters (each check)
- Check heat exchangers
- Check furnace safeties
- Check heating controls
- Check vent pipes and venting
- Blowout condensate drains
- Check refrigerant levels
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check belts and adjust tension
- Water rinse outdoor coil as needed
- Check compressor starting components
- Inspect condenser fan assembly
- Inspect blower assembly
- Monitor heating and cooling cycle
- Check for gas leads at the furnace
