Service Agreements | 
We offer Service Agreements for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. These can include changing your filter, checking refrigerant pressures, blowing out drains, removing rust from burners and checking your furnace heat exchanger for cracks. We also maintain accessories such as humidifiers, condensate pumps and high efficiency air filters. A service agreement puts the ball in our court when it comes to scheduling seasonal maintenance. We take care to make sure your system is operating at peak efficiency while identifying problems through our multi-point check list. Click on the form below to view our Residential Service Agreement. The Residential Sevice Preventive Maintenance Agreement includes two checks per year. Service department – We service all makes and models of equipment. We have a statement of standards and procedures for our servicemen. Installation department – We install heating and cooling equipment and accessories in a variety of makes and models. We primarily install Lennox residential equipment. Here is a check list of procedures we follow on our installations. Not every detail applies to every job, but these are the ones that should be covered. Take a look at the list.
