Responsibilities - Owner/operator - Jeff' stays busy in and out of the office.  When not facilitating an installation he is scheduling one or giving an estimate.  In his "down time" he makes sure that each customer receives all applicable extended warranties, manufacturer's rebates, service agreements and financing.  When the phone rings he handles customer care calls.
